Eastern Colorado

We are now in Colorado and the weather is getting colder, in fact it is supposed to be 15 degrees here in a few days. We should also be in Denver, CO in a few days and come to the American Discovery Trail junction. We are going to attempt walking through the winter if we can. We have met many more kind people along our way. People in general want to do good for the most part, but we have also met some that do have that desire. The eastern part of Colorado is mostly flat prairie with all kinds of wildlife. We can see the Front Range of the mountains now and it is beautiful. It is also a little intimidating with the ice and snow covered peaks. We are still trying to get some winter supplies for extreme cold, but we are going to try with or without the better gear. We want to say thank you to all of the kind people who have made donations, sent mail drops, prayed for us and have helped us in just about every kind of way, without you this would have been a much more difficult undertaking. Here are some pictures of our walk in the west.
